Our TechniquesWe can do renderings in different ways depending on the deadline, and material you have. Here are some examples.

	Regular computerized 3d renderings are fully modeled renderings with produce the highest resolution and sharpest image. This type of rendering takes about 3 days + your time to review. This is a good technique if you have the time and a budget for your rendering.
	Superimposing a 3d rendering on a photo, usually a photo of the existing site. We model the changes you'll make to an existing site, then superimpose our rendering on top on a photo taken from an angle that would best show the changes you're making. This technique requires that we have a good digital image of the site taken from the required perspective angle.
	Retouching a photo of an existing site to show a new design. This is a quick way to show the owner how the project would look like with newer colors or a new design. This technique is good for designs that don't have too much detail, as the details will be drawn manually in photoshop on top on a photo of the existing project. This technique doesn't take much time and doesn't cost much. It's a good idea for projects where you need a quick sketch or multiple schemes of your proposal.
	Coloring 2d elevations and site plans and adding shadows, whether elevations/plans drawn by hand or on cad. We put shadows, people cars, and trees so it will be a clear detailed elevation. See our gallery for samples.
